I gave up bathing because of the skin rash. A brushing at least twice a week will make his coat shiny and people will ask me how often to bathe him. Also, after swimming in salt water, I take a fresh bath, eat raw meat and no processed foods, the heat on my skin is gone and no flea treatment is needed.

If you’re only bathing your dog to clean his coat, there’s no need to use puppy shampoo. It’s clean and very easy for dogs But if their skin is very itchy and sensitive, start feeding them 2 raw eggs 3 times a week for 2 or 3 weeks. and that will be clear to all. It is a simple and cheap easy fix

Never use human soap, it will strip the oils from the stuff on the dog’s coat, and it’s irritating to the dog. Dog shampoo comes in a concentrated form, so mix half shampoo n half water in a bottle. Better not to be too harsh, but still clean your dog.

Our vet asked us to buy this particular shampoo off Amazon called Veternarian Clinical Formula Oatmeal and Tea Tree Oil Shampoo. It’s a white bottle. Then give him fish oil once a day and then use Gold Bond Powder to help dry up his rash. That helped but what helped him the most was when we went to the beach for 10 days and he took a dip in salt water.
