In the autumnal equivalent of a spring clean, I’ve turned my attention to the depths of my wardrobe, shedding the items that are no longer relevant in favour of a streamlined selection that works with my current needs and wants. In this confronting process, I’ve recognised a surplus of items that no-long suit my style, and a deficit of certain core pieces that promise to make getting dressed a breeze.
