On Thursday, Unfoonk was arrested for gun possession as a convicted felon and as someone who was associated with a street crime gang while engaging in illegal activity, according to reports. WSB-TV.
The rapper also faces other smaller traffic violations stemming from this latest arrest.
Unfoonk pleaded guilty in December to one count of violating the RICO Act and one count of theft by receiving stolen property in connection with the YSL case.
Unfoonk accepted a 12-year sentence with two years of reduced sentence and ten years of probation, WSB-TV report.
He will perform 750 hours of community service and keep a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. as part of his probation.
He also must not have any contact with his brother Young Thug or any of the other YSL defendants until the RICO case is over.
It is unclear how his immediate arrest will affect his plea agreement.

The young thug is still sitting behind bars while waiting for trial in the YSL RICO case
His younger brother, Young Thug, remains behind bars as he awaits trial in the RICO case against his record label. Prosecutors declared the YSL a “street crime gang.”
Thug is facing eight counts, including conspiracy to violate the RICO Act and participation in street gang activity, as well as weapons and drug offenses.
Thug filed a fourth petition for the bond, with his attorney Steel Briansays his client is “sorrowing in the County Jail,” according to a petition filed April 24.
In the motion obtained by 11 is aliveSteel says Thugger can’t be healthy, and notes that his clients have very few healthy food options.
He claims the rapper relies on “unhealthy” foods, like chocolate and chips.
Additionally, he said that the rapper has had little access to fresh air and sunlight since May 2022.
Thug is constantly suffering from “insomnia” due to only sleeping 5 hours a night. And when he appeared in court, he was forced to wake up at 3 or 4 a.m., the newspaper reported.
Judge Ural Glanville has yet to rule on the petition.
Thug has maintained her innocence throughout the trial, plagued by a number of problems since its inception. That includes the arrest of attorney Anastassios Manettas, who represents another defendant in the case.
Jury selection in the YSL RICO trial is now in its fifth month of proceedings.
