Xenoblade Chronicles 3 update has minor changes to Cutscene

Over the past few weeks, Monolith Soft has rolled out several software updates for the Xenoblade Chronicles 3and it looks like the patch notes left a small change in Version 1.2. Warning: spoilers ahead.

As spotted by some fans of the game on Twitter (via NoisyPixel), this particular update – which introduces wave 2 DLC made an adjustment in the cutscene just after the narration point. of Chapter 5.

In the N and Z cutscenes, a sword pattern was changed to better fit the story. This was initially noticed by Twitter user @ui_fraraand marked by @TheJeminiteLaw:

If you’ve completed the main game or are past this point in the game, you probably won’t notice this change as it’s only a minor tweak.

This is followed by version 1.2.0 released yesterday, version 1.2.1 which seems to “fix some issues to make the game more interesting”. You can read more in our previous story:
