Judy Obregon, from “The Abandoned Ones (TAO) Dog Rescue,” has driven through the streets of Texas’ Echo Lake at 4 a.m. every day for the past 10 years. The outback area is notorious for being a dumping ground for unwanted dogs, and Judy’s daily search is just to find them before they get lost or harmed.

Judy has been saving several animals from being abandoned in this cursed no-man’s land for years. The moment they heard her kind voice call out to them, the frightened, injured and abused dogs wagged their tails in delight. Every time Judy sees these abandoned cats, she sheds tears, but this murky flow never seems to end.

Judy brought the dogs to the rescue in her car because they were in a distressed emotional state due to abandonment. Grateful babies embrace their savior with adoration as they leave this desolate site for good. These discarded animals are then taken to shelters where they will be prepared for another chance of happiness.
