Why Maren Morris Doesn’t Want To “Separate Duties” As New Mom And Singer

There is a Christmas tradition that has been in Maren Morris‘ bones for over a decade.

In an E! In an exclusive News video, the “My Church” singer shares what she and her family are up to during the festive season ahead of the CMA National Christmas, which airs on December 8. And Maren made it clear that Her tradition has no shortage of fun.

“My favorite family holiday tradition is that we often visit my family with my mother on Christmas Eve and we play White Elephant or Evil Santa,” says Maren. “We play that game, but then we also play Left Center Right. It’s like a dice game where you win money.”

Maren notes that the Left Right Center activism is something she and her loved ones have been playing for quite a while. As Maren said, “A little Christmas gambling is fun.”

“We’ve had the last 15 years,” she said. “It’s fun because you can be loud and crazy and rowdy with your family and sometimes walk away with some people. Then we went back to my parents’ house and ate Christmas cookies, watching. Christmas movie and go to bed.”
