Why doesn’t Travis Kelce share what he and Taylor Swift Cook

He may be one half of the most talked about couple in the world, but Travis Kelce still keeps some parts of his relationship with him. Taylor Swift close to his heart—and beyond the headlines. Based on E! NewsThe Kansas City Chiefs dodged questions about what goes on in the kitchen when they’re together, saying what happens in the kitchen stays in the kitchen.

“I respect that question,” he said during the news conference. “But I’ll keep that to myself. Because I really like cooking with her, it’s something I want to keep to myself.”

But since he’ll never pass up an opportunity to turn his girl on, Kelce adds, “Taylor makes great Pop-Tarts and waffles.”

Back in April, Swift shared a sweet video of the couple cooking together. The clip was sprinkled into one montage which shows Swift preparing for the Eras Tour, crafting and baking. In a moment Swifties are sure to love, Kelce walked up and kissed her on the cheek.

In the above appearance Good morning America, Kelce opened up about his famous relationship, saying that having the right group of people around him keeps him grounded. He emphasized that while on the field he is brave, but off the field he wants to be “authentic”.

“When you have good family and friends around, it makes that aspect of life much easier,” he shares. “I’ve always been a very grounded guy. I might not appear that way on football, but off the field, I just want to be a genuine person.”

He added: “I am so lucky and so grateful for everything that happens to me in life.”

Swift is currently in Europe on her tour and recently performed in Madrid, Spain and Edinburgh, Scotland. While spotted at shows in South America, Kelce hasn’t been seen across the pond (though he’s been seen in Paris and Lake Como). According to sources told Us weekly, Kelce is hoping to do as many Eras shows as possible.

“He wants to support her as much as he can while he can, so he will [go] back and forth from the US to Europe when he has time,” the source shared.
