We all know the usual rules of the road, things like give way to cyclistsdo not over speed and fasten your seat belt. But when you’re in the driver’s seat for a long ride, what kind of commandments do you live by?
Maybe you are a demanding music dictator only the best tunes for your drive. Or, perhaps, you could outlaw any form of eating or drinking inside your car – no matter how crumbly it is.
But it’s not just the rules inside the car, you can have route and stopover instructions that you also have to follow. Are a favorite service area that you always ask to stop there or do you always avoid a certain road whenever you are driving somewhere?
Personally, mine is pretty simple. No smoking in the car, as I don’t want the smell to linger for months after our adventure and without the Pitbull. Sure, Mr Worldwide might not have been the worst travel companion, but I became obsessed with his music after a former roommate died. a slight obsession with Mr 305 which I never fully recovered. Any other track is fine on the drive, just without the Pitbull.
