Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Removed His Name Now has an official release date. The spin-offs of Like a dragon (formerly yakuza) franchise will be released on November 9, 2023. A Revealing the 2023 Summer Game Festival also includes a new trailer
The trailer shows series protagonist Kazuma Kiryu being drawn back to the Yakuza lifestyle by a mysterious figure. However, he will have a new identity when appearing in this part. The game features Kiryu facing hordes of enemies in the series’ traditional fighting gameplay, this time looking a lot more flashy. Interestingly, Kiryu now has the ability to grab multiple enemies at once and pick up items from a distance.

The pre-order bonus for the game will feature a Legendary Fighter Pack containing Goro Majima, Taiga Saejima, and Daigo Dojima from previous titles.
Like a Dragon Gaiden was previously announced in September 2022 within the framework of the RGG Summit. It’s a spin-off of Like a dragon franchise brought Kiryu back to the world.
