This year’s winner, Qatar Airwayshas received the top award seven times since the introduction of the Skytrax World Airline Awards in 1999. Skytrax, a UK based airline and airport rating and review website , has conducted more than 14 million customer surveys in more than 100 countries to find out the world’s best airlines today.
