As she shared on Instagram, “I’m so in love with the year that’s had! Grateful to my friends, family, bernard, pet dogs, dog teeth, and life partner. mine.”
Next to a photo carousel, including some silly shots with Jon Bon JoviHer son Millie continued, “this is another year for you and the wonderful people and animals around us,” adding, “do it again but better!”

Under the post, Jake texted her back: “I love your year, I love you so much”. He also shared some precious photos of the couple on New Year’s Eve with the caption, “Love is all you need”.
