Yes, you read that right, we finally know when the production version of the ID.Buzz electric truck concept will be revealed. It will be shown on March 9, 2022. 5 years after the concept came out, we can finally see the real thing.
Notice from Volkswagen President Herbert Diess on Twitter. He also shared a small video clip with an image of the production truck. It seems to be in line with the prototypes we saw last year and still has many of the classic cues that made the concept a hit.

As it will be based on the shared MEB platform with Other IDs. model, we expect the ID.Buzz to have a similar or identical powertrain. It will likely be offered with a standard 201hp rear engine and rear-wheel drive, with the option of a 295hp dual-engine all-wheel drive setup. We predict the range will be between 200 and 300 miles.
