Californians will vote later this year on a ballot measure that would raise taxes on people earning more than $2 million a year, directing that revenue toward charging infrastructure and incentives related to electric vehicles for low- and middle-income people. While there seems to be public support, the company’s interests don’t all align as you might expect.
Volvo revealed on Wednesday that its upcoming electric SUV, roughly the size of the XC90 hybrid models, will be called EX90 and will launch on November 9, Volvo claims the EX90 will be the safest car from the brand, thanks to its next-generation software and sensors.
And Tesla released a recall affecting more than a million vehicles, the source windowing system may not stop and reverse for objects — like fingers — that get in the way. Thanks to Tesla’s over-the-air updates, though, repairs are a breeze.
