Volkswagen almost ready to show the world the production version of the ID.Buzz concept it launched in 2017. All-electric, the vintage-inspired van appeared in a short video published on the company’s social media channels ahead of its full rollout scheduled for 2019. 2022.

Regardless, bringing together previous reports paints a picture of a full group of Buzz-based models, including people- and Cargo variations, a camper, and an autonomous shuttle jointly designed with Argo AI. Long and short wheelbase models will be offered globally, though it looks like Americans will only get access to the old version. They will all have at least one thing in common: they will be completely electric.
