Ho Mich city. – Missaukee County Prosecuting Attorney David Den Houten filed one count of animal cruelty and three misdemeanors for other animal protection violations against John D. Jones, Jack Russell terrier, after one PETA Secret Investigation reveals extreme abuse and neglect at Jones’ unlicensed kennel, a four days sit in by PETA members calling to action at the Missaukee County Sheriff’s Office, and January 7 arrested about 40 dogs was kept outside by Jones at temperatures below freezing. Fees derived from PETA video footage and Photograph of Jones clipped the pups’ tails without anesthetic or pain relief and left the small, short-haired dogs locked outside in the freezing cold, snow, and mud — and often without drinking water, as it would close. overnight — among other problems. A dog was found frozen to death overnight.

John Jones mutilated puppies and left dozens of dogs to suffer in barren pens under the freezing cold so that the accusations against him stayed firm and hard. PETA expects prosecutors to prevent more dogs from suffering the pain of this serial abuser by seeking a lifetime ban on animal possession and urging the public to never shop but adopt.
PETA notes that this is at least the third day time the law enforcement agencies confiscated the dogs from Jones. By 2008, about 85 dogs had been captured by him in Barry County, Michigan; In 2013, authorities arrested at least 165 of his dogs in Missaukee County.
