Lightweight contenders Frank Martin and Michel Rivera on Friday weighed in on their title remover on Saturday night at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas (Showtime).
Martin weighs 134.8 pounds, 0.2 below the division limit. Rivera comes in at 134.4.
Rivera (24-0, 14 KOs) was about to have an eight-round one-way decision against Jerry Perez in October. Martin last played in July, when he blocked Jackson Marinez in the 10th and final round.
The fight is being seen as a WBA title remover. Rivera was ranked 2nd by the sanctioning agency, and Martin ranked 10th.
Devin Haney is the undisputed 135-pound champion.
