An avid fan of the all-black-ensemble, Victoria Beckham has been known to fall back on a black dress and shoes combo time and time again, so we weren’t surprised to see her styling a smart evening look in her favourite shade this week. What did catch out eye, however, was her subtle styling of new trend that you can buy from Marks & Spencer or H&M for only £10.
For an evening out in New York, Beckham dressed up her black flute sleeve maxi dress and peep-toe shoe outfit with a pair of fishnet tights. For its associations with old Hollywood movie stars such as Marilyn Monroe, and an enduring popularity which traces back to the 1920s, fishnet tights are a clothing staple that never really go out of style. But, whilst they remain a timeless item, their popularity has been know to surge at various points, and right now seems like one of those times. Perhaps looped into the ‘90s revival that continues to go strong, fishnet tights are the latest accessories trend taking off this season.
