During a minor league baseball game between the Las Vegas Aviators and the Sacramento River Cats, Finn the Bat Dog was trying to do his job like a good boy when the referee rudely intervened.

Finn was running out to retrieve a discarded bat like he always does (and does it well!) when the old man picked it up at the last second and threw it away from the dog. The crowd was displeased and immediately reacted with a round of boos.
For a moment, fans of both teams were pitted against a common opponent and sided with the dog. The bat dog still followed and ran to collect the bat. Well done, Finn! 🙂
