Ultra Kaiju Monster Farmer Will Destroy Your Switch in 2022

Monster Hunter Ultra Kaiju

Let them fight

Whenever Nintendo hosts a new Direct, mini, or otherwise, one of the first things I do when it’s done is head over to the company’s Japanese-language YouTube channel to see if any games aren’t available. revealed to North America and Europe no audience. While the trailers dedicated to streams in Japan are often for extremely niche titles, often these streams will feature a game or two with a much broader appeal that audiences on this side of the ocean wouldn’t mind joining. During the most recent Nintendo Direct, we reported on the Japanese version having a new entry full of kaiju in Monster Rancher series. It was one of the more interesting games announced that day, and fortunately, Bandai Namco confirmed at Anime Expo that it is localizing the title for western audiences like Monster Hunter Ultra Kaiju.

This news is not a big surprise as the game has been confirmed to release in English in Southeast Asia. But it’s great that we won’t have to import expensive to get it.

The Monster Rancher the franchise has seen a small resurgence in recent years with Switch and PC port of its original titles. For a brief moment in my childhood, the original Monster Rancher is one of the most engaging games to play thanks to the ostentatious use of music CDs to create monsters. I remember exchanging discs with my classmates because we were all trying to score every monster available in the game. However, I don’t think any of us ever made it, as the trend quickly faded among my friends. Having said that, I don’t have much of a warm fuzzy feeling about the series, but I thought it would be cool to revisit it with kaiju-sized monsters to control.

You then. The boldness of everything in that trailer ensures that I’ll have to give it a try when it’s released to the outside.

Although the number of kaiju in the trailer is low, Monster Hunter Ultra Kaiju There will be over 200 different monsters to unlock using a digital CD database or NFC compatible tags. The next point makes me quite curious about what Mule The Jingle amiibo card will unlock when I scan it into the game. I guess I’ll find out later this year when Monster Hunter Ultra Kaiju Released on Nintendo Switch.
