Joe Biden has said that he believes the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, made the decision to invade Ukraine.
Speaking in a televised address from the White House, Joe Biden said Russian forces were planning to attack Ukraine within the next week, and would target the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.
Russia continues to deny its plans to invade Ukraine and accuses the West of inciting it.
