The Toyota Yaris take its first hardcore sports car racing turns as it evolves into a rally-focused GR Yaris. In the year 2022 Tokyo Auto Shop, GR Yaris undertook its own development of heavy sports motorcycles into the GRMN Yaris, a limited edition scorching bike that riders can continue to develop post-sale with help from Toyota. The Rally package, even tweaked to suit the original purpose of the Yaris GR, includes new GR shock absorbers and stabilizer bars, a GR underbody guard and a roll bar inside the cockpit.
Pre-orders begin today and will run through February 28, with winners to be selected by draw and announced on March 9. Buyers can customize their vehicle on spring, the car is expected to be delivered in the summer of this year. Before lottery winners receive their cars, Toyota plans to keep owners who choose to do so live the factory motorsport experience with the Personalization Program.
