Thursday Night Football Draft Picks: NFL DFS Squad Advice for Captains Challenge Tournaments Week 15 Chargers

The confrontation between captains and chargers could be the most anticipated Thursday Night Football game of the season. First place in the standings as the weaker Chargers try to knock the Chiefs out of their spot at the top of the AFC West. The captain is backed by 3 points at Vegas sportsbooks and the total is north of 50. NFL DFS players should pay close attention to injury reports before locking down their DraftKings Week 15 lineup, as some Departments Main charging will be hindered, if not fully operational.

Here are the important settings for DraftKings single game competitions: That is Full point PPR, and have three-point bonus for 300 yards of passing, 100 yards rush, and 100 yards receive. The captain costs 1.5 times the player’s original price, but he also gets his total score multiplied by 1.5.

Budget $50,000, need at least one player from each team.

Captain (1.5 times points, 1.5 times salary): QB Justin Herbert, Chargers ($16,200)

While we respect the running, the Chiefs’ defense came in late – 9.6 points allowed in their past year – we will still roll with Herbert as our captain. We’re shooting for the moon with these formations, and the ceiling that Herbert has proven is too high not to place our trust in him here.

ADD TNF: FD lineup | Start with ’em, sit’ em | Update Ekeler

FLEX: WR Keenan Allen, Charger ($9,400)

There is reason to be some concern about the effectiveness, and perhaps complete availability, of Austin Ekeler (ankle) and Mike Williams (heel), and so we were drawn to Allen , who has 86 touchdowns (all contacts) ranked 2nd behind Ekeler among Charger weapons. It is reasonable to expect Herbert to see Allen’s way early and often.

WEEK 15 USE DFS: DraftKings | FanDuel | Yahoo!

FLEX: TE Travis Kelce, Captain ($8,600)

This is unscientific, but it’s common to see a star player stand out after a bad performance (or two). Last week, he was four goals behind and, coincidentally, his second 3-27 straight. The Chargers were so generous in their production that they capitulated and after two lousy endings, maybe it’s time for Kelce to reintroduce herself as the game’s top TE.

WEEK 15 PPR RANKING:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | VND / ST | Kicker

FLEX: RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Chiefs ($7,000)

The charger has no qualms about allowing other teams to methodically attempt to move the ball down the field of the track. Edwards-Helaire has had three solid games since returning to action following a five-game hiatus. He’s not quite the heavy pig we’d like to see, but he’s been proven to deal damage on the ground and in the air.

WEEK 15 STANDARD RATINGS:
Midfielder | Run back | Wide receiver | Tight ending | VND / ST | Kicker

FLEX: WR Jalen Guyton, Charger ($4,800)

Guyton doesn’t get a lot of goals, but he’s been productive late in the game, catching the last seven passes and scoring two touchdowns in the past two weeks. If Guyton is forced to handle more snaps and/or goals with the ailing Williams, he could be ready for another solid performance.

FLEX: RB Joshua Kelley, Charger ($800)

Kelley saw 11 touchdowns in place of Ekeler, who suffered an ankle injury in Week 14. Ekeler scored a “DNP” in training scheduled for Monday and a “limited training session” ” in the Chargers Tuesday practice, so it remains to be seen if he is at full strength for Thursday’s competition.
