The Queen returns to public service after Remembrance Sunday’s absence


The Queen was seen taking part in public duties for the first time since she withdrew from Memorial Sunday service at the Cenotaph.

Pictured her having a live audience with General Sir Nick Carter, chief of staff of defense, at Windsor Castle.

The monarch, 95, made the decision to miss Sunday’s event “with great regret”, Buckingham Palace said.
