Right now, I hate everything in my closet. Well, maybe it’s an induced hyperbola, but it perfectly encapsulates the feeling I get whenever it’s time to get dressed. Me a person who loves clothes (hence why my career is in the fashion industry), so when I started to despise getting ready, I knew it was time to do something about it. And “something” usually means heading to Zara.
While it feels like I have nothing to wear, I’ll admit that my wardrobe consists of a classic foundation—i.e. good denim, basic t-shirts, etc. All that’s missing is this. some added seasoning, aka trending pieces that can elevate my staples so they feel special. Below, I present my current shopping list with fun and interesting items that I have my eye on. They haven’t arrived at my door yet, but I can already feel the excitement from my computer screen.
