Crunchyroll will handle the global theatrical release of That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime The Movie: Scarlet Bond It premieres in early 2023. It will first appear in theaters in Japan in November 2022. It will air in international territories next year. Regarding the plot of the movie, it will take place after season 2 ends.
According to Crunchyroll’s press release, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime The Movie: Scarlet Bond will focus on a power known as the “Queen”, as well as a conspiracy surrounding it. Rimuru will be teaming up with an original character from the movie named Hiiro, who is a survivor of the Ogre race. There is currently no news about Hiiro’s voice actor in English or Japanese.
