Wedbush Securities’ Dan Ives and investor Ron Baron discussed the electric vehicle maker after it was recently downgraded by Barclays and Morgan Stanley. The president and CEO of Baron Capital said on CNBC’s “Squawk Box” on Friday that he sees huge upside in Tesla, predicting the stock will hit $500 by 2025, potential gain is 89%. Baron also forecasts the stock will hit $1,500 by 2030. Ives added that he sees great potential in the artificial intelligence space and the EV giant.
