Taiko No Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival DLC with Godzilla and Evangelion
Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm FestivalSpring & Summer Updates are here to keep the party going during the summer months. Bandai Namco shared a new content trailer, which includes brand new DLC and a new party game mode.
The first half of the update is Shin Japan Heroes Universe Packa new DLC pack that gives adorable little Don-Chan some new outfits styled after characters from the popular Japanese collaboration project, Shin Japan Hero Universe.
With this DLC, the little drummer can look like Godzilla, Evangelion Unit-01, Ultraman and Masked Rider. You’ll also get a new song from Evangelion singer Yoko Takahashi, “Crime and Punishment – Those Who Don’t Want to Pray”. it costs £2.49 / $2.99 and available for purchase on the eShop right now.
Paid DLC isn’t the only thing Switch drummers have these days. A new party game mode called Run! ninja dojo available as part of a free update that you can download right now. Don-Chan becomes a ninja, and you and three others must compete in Kumo-zou’s challenges and take down your enemies.
Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival debuted last year on Nintendo Switch, and we think it’s a solid piece in the series, giving it respectable marks. 7/10 in our rating.
