Requires use of ‘Aerial Media’, ‘Nebulization’
In addition to acknowledging that the Department of Health has evaluated the bactericidal ability of disinfectants and disinfectant chemicals, the government order also details the expected application of the chemicals, which is through “aerial” techniques, not manually applied:7

Geoengineering is becoming mainstream
Large-scale manipulation of Earth’s climate, known as geoengineering,ten is becoming more and more mainstream. The United Nations is currently considering a controversial form of geoengineering, which involves injecting sulfate aerosols into the Earth’s stratosphere to regulate climate.11 – with unknown, and potentially harmful, effects.

Cloud Seeding has been going on for decades
It should be noted that certain forms of geoengineering were used. It was in the mid-20th century when geoengineering was first developed, using World War II technologies.
Cloud seed is one such example that has been used for decades19 and involves “seeding” clouds with solid silver iodide or carbon dioxide to promote rain and snow or weaken tropical storms. At least eight western US states and dozens of countries use cloud seeding to enhance rainfall.20

Other ideas for changing Earth’s climate were also discussed. Suggested methods to reflect more sunlight to reduce global warming include floating billions of golf balls in the ocean, sending a giant mirror into orbit, removing clouds cirrus clouds, plant more shiny plants and buildings, and release small marbles to make the ocean surface more reflective.22

Geoengineering as a gateway to social control
Bill Gates invests heavily in geoengineering. In 2010, he funded research and development of a machine that can spray seawater into clouds with the goal of increasing the ability of sunlight to reflect sunlight into space, and thus reducing global temperatures.24
