Spain admits spray chemicals as part of UN secret program

Chemical trails, commonly known as chemical trails, refer to the white trails that are sometimes left behind as planes fly through the sky. An estimated 17% of people worldwide believe these trails are actually toxic chemicals intentionally sprayed into the air as part of a secret large-scale atmospheric program (SLAP). , also sometimes called covert geoengineering.first

State officials often deny the existence of chemical streaks, and a document published by the US EPA in 2000 showed “condensation streaks” or “contrast lines” visible behind the cave. Jet engines “are composed primarily of water (in the form of crystalline ice) and pose no health risk to humans, but note that “they do, however, affect the turbidity of the atmosphere.” Earth and can therefore affect the temperature and climate of the atmosphere.”2

However, an order issued by the Spanish government tells a different story, showing that it allowed its troops to spray dangerous chemicals into the sky as part of a defensive campaign against COVID-19.3

Spain’s order allows disinfectant spray to be used for disinfection

A Royal Decree published by the Spanish government on April 16, 2020 in the Official State Gazette4 declared a state of emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic, allowing the use of germicidal chemicals:5

“Order SND/351/2020, April 16, authorizes Armed Forces and Army Emergency Units and Units to use disinfectants authorized by the Ministry of Health for disinfection in response to the War Covid 19 health crisis.

Royal Decree 463/2020, 14 March, declaring a state of emergency to manage the health crisis caused by COVID-19, including a series of measures to protect welfare, health and the safety of citizens and prevent disease progression and strengthen the public health system. “

The decree granted the Minister of Health, Salvador Illa Roca, the power to order:6

Requires use of ‘Aerial Media’, ‘Nebulization’

In addition to acknowledging that the Department of Health has evaluated the bactericidal ability of disinfectants and disinfectant chemicals, the government order also details the expected application of the chemicals, which is through “aerial” techniques, not manually applied:7

“Among the most effective disinfection techniques is the use of aerial vehicles, then through them, with the techniques of misting, thermal mist and micro-mist, all surfaces are exposed. Fast approach, avoiding reliance on manual application, slower and sometimes unattainable. all surfaces because there are obstacles preventing access to them.

Armed Forces CBRN defense units and Army Units of Emergency (UME) have the personal facilities, materials, procedures, and adequate training to perform airborne disinfection, as they are activities they do on a regular basis, except that instead of using germicidal products do it with other decontamination chemicals.

Therefore, in view of the foregoing and the effectiveness of improving and streamlining the disinfection operations of all types of vehicles carried out by Armed Forces personnel, the authorization of , in particular and during the period of the state of alarm, the CBRN Self-Defense Unit of the Armed Forces and the UME, the use of disinfectants and biocides from the main group 1 described in article 1.1 of the Royal Decree 830/2010, June 25, establishes regulations. “

In a nutshell, Planet Today reports, “The Spanish government has ordered the military to silently spray deadly chemicals on its citizens with the permission of the United Nations under the guise of a ‘state of emergency’. to manage the health crisis caused by Covid-19′,”8 And this is not the first time they have done so.

According to the news agency, in 2015, four whistleblowers from Spain’s meteorological agency told the European Parliament that chemicals were regularly sprayed across the country to alter the climate:9

“On May 19, 2015, MEP Ramon Tremosa i Balcells (ALDE) announced in the European Parliament that four workers from the State Meteorological Service confessed that Spain was being completely sprayed from the Flying releases lead dioxide in the atmosphere, silver iodide and diatomite. .

The goal, according to the same MEP, would be to prevent rain and allow temperatures to rise, creating a summer climate for tourism and at the same time, helping corporations in the agricultural sector. This in turn creates intense cold drops.”

Geoengineering is becoming mainstream

Large-scale manipulation of Earth’s climate, known as geoengineering, ten is becoming more and more mainstream. The United Nations is currently considering a controversial form of geoengineering, which involves injecting sulfate aerosols into the Earth’s stratosphere to regulate climate.11 – with unknown, and potentially harmful, effects.

Sulfate aerosols are microscopic reflective particles that can reflect much sunlight back into space when they are sprayed into the stratosphere 12 to 16 miles above the Earth’s surface. This leads to lower global temperatures – as well as lower average rainfall, twelfth highlights a potentially significant drawback.

A report by the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), published in August 2021,13,14 refers to solar radiation management and greenhouse gas removal as forms of geoengineering.15 Sulfate aerosols are classified as solar irradiation management, but additional geoengineering techniques – such as thinning of the upper cirrus clouds – will be needed to counteract the reduction in precipitation caused by the use of sulphate. use them.

Furthermore, different regions may face severe consequences from the geoengineering techniques used in other parts of the world, to the point where their ability to grow food may be impaired. affect. Report author Govindasamy Bala, from the Indian Institute of Science, said “the science is there”16 to use geoengineering, but it is not an exact one.

“I think the next big question,” Bala told Reuters, “is do you want to do it? … That involves uncertainty, ethical issues, ethical issues and administration.” As Reuters reported, “That’s because each region will be affected differently. While some areas could achieve a cooler world artificially, others could suffer, such as no longer growing crops.”17 Paulo Artaxo, an environmental physicist at the University of Sao Paulo and another report author, added:18

“Basically, the message is more or less the same as (earlier report): Science is not mature enough. The side effects of any known geoengineering can be very significant … Society must consider if these side effects are too great to try any strategy.”

Cloud Seeding has been going on for decades

It should be noted that certain forms of geoengineering were used. It was in the mid-20th century when geoengineering was first developed, using World War II technologies.

Cloud seed is one such example that has been used for decades19 and involves “seeding” clouds with solid silver iodide or carbon dioxide to promote rain and snow or weaken tropical storms. At least eight western US states and dozens of countries use cloud seeding to enhance rainfall.20

“In addition, the US military believes that nuclear weapons can be used as a tool to change the regional climate and make certain areas of the world more conducive to human habitation. This proposal, however, has not been tested,” Britannica reported.21

Other ideas for changing Earth’s climate were also discussed. Suggested methods to reflect more sunlight to reduce global warming include floating billions of golf balls in the ocean, sending a giant mirror into orbit, removing clouds cirrus clouds, plant more shiny plants and buildings, and release small marbles to make the ocean surface more reflective.22

The possibility of giant spacecraft floating above Earth to reflect sunlight has even been considered.23

Geoengineering as a gateway to social control

Bill Gates invests heavily in geoengineering. In 2010, he funded research and development of a machine that can spray seawater into clouds with the goal of increasing the ability of sunlight to reflect sunlight into space, and thus reducing global temperatures.24

In 2018, Gates also helped fund experiments for Harvard scientists, who proposed injecting calcium chloride into the stratosphere to help slow Earth’s warming by blocking out sunlight. .25 But like Vandana Shiva, Ph.D. explained in our previous interview,26 Adjusting weather through geoengineering can be used as a control weapon, including to control agriculture.

Writing in The Defenders, Robert F. Kennedy Jr also warned that Gates’ efforts in the area of climate control could easily become a guise for social control:27

“His investment history shows that the climate crisis, for Gates and his friends, is nothing more than an alibi for intrusive social control, ‘Great Reset’ scale surveillance. ‘, and massive sci-fi geoengineering boondoggs, including his terrifying fantasy and vanity projects to spray calcium chloride or seawater into the stratosphere to slow warming, developing deploying giant balloons to saturate our atmosphere with reflective particles to dim the sun, or his dangerous gambit releasing millions of genetically engineered mosquitoes in South Florida. “

The only scientific organization Cites Bari in the Atmosphere

It’s no surprise that scientific research looks at chemical sugars, but one still exists. Published in the journal Environmental Research Letters in 2016, it included a survey in which experts in atmospheric chemistry and atmospheric deposition were asked to “scientifically evaluate the claims of SLAP theorists.”28

Nearly all – 76 out of 77 – of the scientists concluded that they encountered no evidence of SLAP and believed the chemical pathways could be explained by other factors, “including physical and chemical learn to be understood”.29 But there was one scientist who couldn’t rule them out and, in fact, answered “yes” when asked if they had ever encountered evidence for the existence of SLAP.30

They cite a remote location where barium levels in the atmosphere were unusually high compared to soil barium levels.thirty first Barium levels in the environment are often very low32 – and unusual concentrations of elements such as barium are thought to be among the evidence of sprayed chemicals.33
