Atlus plans to improve Soul Hackers 2 experience for all players with updates to the game. The Soul Hackers 2 The patch will add some new features designed to make dungeon crawl less, as well as to speed up the battle. The update should arrive after “several weeks” or sometime early November 2022.
In its news post notification the Soul Hackers 2 Atlus detailed some of the planned changes.
The main addition is the “Dash” function. This increases Ringo’s movement speed in the dungeon so she and the party can cover more ground. The Dash function is a toggle that can be set at any time. It also comes with an adjustment to one of Milady’s Summoner Skills, “Assassin’s Stride”. Previously, the skill temporarily increased movement speed during exploration. After the patch, it will cause enemies to ignore Ringo for a certain distance.
Monday, Soul Hackers 2 the patch adds a “Speed Boost” mode for combat. This speeds up battle animations.
Other tweaks include tweaking the loading screen tip, changing the on-screen prompts displayed during Soul Leveling up to reduce instances of mistaken input, adjusting the spawn rate of enemies in the dungeon, and the ability to travel directly to the store from the City Map screen.
Finally, the patch adds four new demons to merge and use:

- Neko Shogun
- Aitvaras
- Isis
