smart Malaysia appoints 5 new agents in Bangsar, Ipoh, Penang, Kedah, Melaka – East Malaysia next year
Proton subsidiary for smart brand, Pro-Net has appointed five new dealers to sell and distribute smart electric vehicles in Peninsular Malaysia. These are Smart Mobility, GB Auto, Eleganz Lifestyle, Lee Motors and Sigma Energy EV, respectively.
As for the Klang Valley, Smart Mobility is located in the affluent Bangsar area of Kuala Lumpur, where the agency targets a broad customer base that includes expats and high-profile corporate individuals, according to Pro-Net. Farther north, GB Auto will serve the Ipoh, Perak and other prestigious brands along the region’s automotive belt.
Joining the network are the 4S Eleganz Lifestyle dealer, as well as Lee Motors and Sigma Energy EV, each housed in its own standalone buildings. These will serve a smart brand experience to customers in Penang, Kedah and Melaka.
Seven agents for the smart brand in Malaysia have been appointed this month, including Hap Seng Smart as well as Edaran Otomobil Nasional (EON) to attract potential customers ahead of the official launch in Malaysia for the #1 announcement. is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of this year.
