The biggest red carpet fashion event of the year has arrived!
In case you haven’t guessed yet, the 2022 Met Gala went on without a hitch on May 2. Hollywood’s biggest stars attended the Metropolitan Art Costume Institute’s benefit, a session A gala gala is held on the first Monday of May to raise money for the Costume Institute.
Regina King, Lin-Manuel Miranda, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds served as a co-organizer for a multi-star event with Vogue‘S Anna Wintour serves as one of the seats of honor.
Guests are required to follow a “golden glamor” themed dress code during this year’s show. This year’s show, “In America: An Anthology of Fashion,” is part two of an epic annual contest about the importance and power of American Fashion.
Pop culture fans have had their eyes on many stars including Sophie Turner, Lori Harvey, Vanessa Hudgens, Kacey Musgraves, Katy Perry and much more.
And once the stars debuted their incredible looks on the red carpet, the party really started. Social media posting was banned during the event, which included cocktails, dinner, entertainment and hopefully some good gossip.
