After a few years of introducing online film festivals due to COVID-19, the San Diego Undersea Film Expo (SDUFEX) is back with a live event at the Irwin M. Jacobs Qualcomm Hall in San Diego, California. However, the goal has not changed: The exhibition aims to showcase some of the best underwater short films from around the world.
The physical event takes place on Saturday, October 1, 2022 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. PDT, and will be followed by a Virtual Film Festival from October 8 to 16 showing films Additional movies. Tickets for the “live” event, priced at $20, are currently on sale from SDUFEX website. If you can’t make it, you can check out the virtual film festival — tickets go on sale from October 8.
