Rowdy Rebel Doesn’t Quit Music Until Epic Records Revenge Him
Rowdy Rebel says he won’t drop any more tracks until Epic Records pays him his money.
“I won’t give up music anymore until @epicrecords pays me,” he wrote. “I haven’t received a check for all the music I’ve released since 2014. I’m patient but enough.”
In 2014, Rowdy was arrested on charges of conspiracy, attempted murder, attempted assault, reckless endangerment and possession of a weapon. He initially pleaded not guilty to all charges but later pleaded guilty in exchange for a sentence of six to seven years in prison. His sentence began in 2016 but he was released from prison last year.
BOBBY SHMURDA’s DOUBLE MOVEMENT
“The feeling I felt was overwhelming,” he said of his departure in an interview last December. “It’s hard to explain, there are still people I haven’t seen in so long… It feels so good to be at home with all my friends my age and my family.”
