Resident Evil 4 Remake Gets Paid Weapon Upgrade Tickets


Added next to Resident Evil 4 remakeThe mode’s mercenary mode features several micro-trading options, including a paid weapon upgrade ticket that can be used to fully upgrade the weapon. This bypasses having to use the limited tickets earned in the game through side quests or upgrading with Pesetas. Previously, Capcom offered cosmetics and treasure maps for purchase through Evil 4 special versions of the remake after the game is officially released. [Thanks, Wario64!]

The Resident Evil 4 remake Microtransaction weapon upgrade tickets can be purchased in packs of 1 for $2.99, 3 for $6.99, or 5 for $9.99. Each ticket entitles you to a full weapon upgrade of your choice with no in-game fees and access to exclusive weapon upgrades, even without the required weapon level. You can earn two in-game tickets with Spinels, a currency earned for completing side quests. The first one costs 30 Spinel and the second one costs 40 Spinel.

There are also bonuses previously available in the Digital Deluxe Edition. These include the Treasure Map expansion, two outfits for Ashely and Leon, two skins and filters for Leon, a pair of sunglasses for Leon, and an “original version” soundtrack option. Two digital premium exclusive weapons, the Skull Shaker pistol and the Sentinel 9 pistol, are also available for purchase.

These additions come with free of charge Mercenary mode, an action-focused point attack mode. Capcom also plans to support the game with patches to fix it error blocking progress.

The Evil 4 The remake is available immediately on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, PS4 and PS5.
