Rapper Migos Quavo has been sued for allegedly hitting a limo driver.
The driver claimed that Quavo some of his crew attacked him outside Virgin Hotels Las Vegas.
Terrill R. Cowans documents called the attack “gratuitous” after they thought he had left another member of the group behind at a club. He didn’t.
“When the plaintiff responded, Migos artists and their affiliates asked the plaintiff to ‘shut up,’ and one of the Migos artists threw a bottle at the plaintiff,” Coans’ attorney wrote in the lawsuit. obtained by Billboard. “Plaintiff was then assaulted by three to five Migos artists and/or affiliates, who repeatedly punched and kicked the plaintiff causing injury to the plaintiff.”
His lawyers asserted that hotel security guards were present but “no action was taken against the aggressors who were physically and verbally assaulting the plaintiff.”

“Virgin is obligated to take proper care of the plaintiff in order to provide adequate security for patrons,” the lawsuit reads. “Plaintiff was severely beaten without the assistance of security personnel to stop the conduct, intervene and/or call for emergency assistance.”
Quavo has not yet responded to the legal filing.
