Today marks the release of A Plague Tale: Requiem on multiple platforms. Like the original mouse-filled game A Plague Tale: Innocencehere’s another cloud release on Nintendo Switch.
Unfortunately, it’s not just some kind of free rental or download. If you want to play it on Nintendo’s combo system, you’ll need to make a one-time payment of $59.99 USD or the equivalent in your region. Regarding the installation, you will have to install the application, which takes up about 59MB of space.
This is clearly not the first cloud game to be released on the Nintendo Switch. Square Enix released the entire Kingdom Hearts series of games through the Cloud on Switch, and other games like Control have made their way to the system this way as well.
