Pittsburgh Steelers Midfielder Dwayne Haskins passed away this weekend when he was hit by a vehicle, his agent Cedric Saunders told ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Haskins was then 24 years old.
Haskins is training in South Florida with the other Steelers quarterbacks, running back and wide. He was killed Saturday morning when he was hit by a car.
After an outstanding junior season at Ohio State, Haskins was selected 15th overall by Washington Commanders in the 2019 draft.
Haskins spent two tumultuous seasons with Washington before signing for Pittsburgh ahead of last season.
