Panel: How much are you interested in watching the rematch between Liam Smith and Chris Eubank Jnr?

I don’t have much interest in seeing that. The first fight was such a big win for Smith that it’s hard to know how a rematch will sell. Also, I’m not sure if Chris feels comfortable doing B-sides this time. It must be said that Chris looked weak and vulnerable against Liam and he may have struggled to reach middle. A rematch in super-medium would be more suitable for Eubank, but with Smith recently promoted from super-middleweight, I can’t see him agreeing with that.

Nate Collins (Commonwealth Featherweight Champion)

I expect the rematch between Smith and Eubank Jnr to play out the same way. I think Liam has enough room to go on and have another hit with some of the big names and compete with them. However, he can obviously get a big hit from the Eubank Jnr rematch and also by fighting the likes of Kell Brook.

Dave Allen (Strong contender)

I will definitely watch it again. The rematch will be huge. Also, I wouldn’t dismiss Eubank Jnr if the second bout was replayed at 160 pounds and he made some big changes.

Declan Warrington (Journalist)

Not available. Eubank Jnr doesn’t seem to be able to make a convincing 160 lbs anymore, and nothing in those four innings suggests a rematch will be very different. At best, it makes financial sense for Smith.
