Favorite shades: Rosewood, Fawn, Taupe
I won’t lie to you all. It took me a second to figure out how to use this little device, but when I did, I loved how convenient it was. One end of the product contains a lip liner (which you apply to your lips first), while the other end has a flap that pops out to reveal the lush lip balm on top of the liner. Separately, there’s a top coat of polish that can be used as a final step and pulls the whole look together. Honestly, I’ve never liked a lip so glossy, so I could skip the top lip gloss if I wanted to, but I really fell in love with how it added shine and perfect size. lips. You can also use as much or as little as you like and it still looks very eye-catching.
Overall, I love the Fawn, Taupe and Rosewood tones the most for my skin tone. Taupe is this beige brown perfect for everyday wear, and Fawn is a slightly darker brown (with a hint of plum), which feels like a nighttime shade to me. I’m picky about my pink lipstick because it’s hard to find *pink* that matches my makeup without paying attention to the rest of the look. Rosewood does this nicely. Interestingly, Hunt herself doesn’t even fully cover her lips with primer most days; she just gently contoured her lips and applied lip gloss. I really like using primer all over my lips and adding primer and lip gloss on top for a fuller look. The great thing is that they both look phenomenal, so it’s really a versatile collection.
