Instead, the 2.0-liter Ecoboost I4 will serve as the Maverick’s standard engine. Including destination, that new base model starts at $24,995. Maverick Hybrid is now upgradedcost that cost Add $1,500 at $26,495.
This change can be difficult for many people in the car-purchase plan. The Maverick Hybrid proved to be much more popular than Ford predicted. estimate from Maverick Truck Club Owner forums since late 2022 have put demand for the Maverick Hybrid at 80%. Meanwhile, Ford estimates that only 35% of the Maverick orders it is making are…ybrids. For 2024, don’t expect things to get better. Ford has said that buyers who want their truck to be faster will be better off ordering an Ecoboost model.
Other updates to Maverick 2024 are less harsh but still surprising. The Ford Administration reports that some kind of street performance pack is coming, although I don’t believe it’s the Maverick ST — but one can dream. Order banks for Maverick 2024 will open soon.
