I always have a way open too many tabs on my web browsers. For example, I currently have 32 tabs open.

And it was a slow day.
You’re probably wondering how I keep my sanity with multiple tabs running in one browser. After all, does that make each tab so small it’s hard to read? And isn’t that the opposite of using tabs?
After all, the purpose of tabbed browsing is to help make browsing more efficient and organized experience.
But when you’re working with loads of metaphorical tabs, it’s hard to be productive.

That is, unless you use a tab management tool. Such tools are said to make managing your tabs significantly easier. However, not every tab management feature or add-on is created equal. You’ll find them to range from the unwieldy to the confusing and everything in between.
However, there is a web browser that includes a tab management feature that makes it perfect for tab management. That browser is Operaand this feature is called Workspace, and is the best tab manager on the planet.
When you open the Opera web browser, you’ll find a panel on the left side of the window. At the top of that panel, you’ll see a pair of icons at the top, which serve as the two default workspaces. I have five workspaces:
- Shopping.
- Work.
- Social media.
- News.
- Film making.

Of course, you can organize your workspace any way you want. Speaking of which, how do you create new workspaces? Let me show you that first.
Right-click one of the default workspace icons, and then from the pop-up menu, click Manage Workspaces.

In the resulting pop-up, click Add another section to create a new workspace.

In the next pop-up, select an icon for the new workspace, give it a name, and click Create. Continue creating all the workspaces you think you might need.

How to use Workspaces
Once you have created all the necessary workspaces, all you have to do is click on the icon to switch workspaces. You can then open tabs in a workspace and they will be separate from that workspace. This brings up a very important point, one that distinguishes Opera Workspaces from other tab management options. With Workspaces, even pinned tabs are separate from the Workspace to which they are pinned.
If you already have tabs open, you can move them to another workspace, by right-clicking on the tab and choosing Move Tab to Workspace > WORKSpatial NAME (where NAME OF WORKSspace is in there). SPACE IS the name of the workspace containing the tab).

Each workspace can contain as many tabs as needed, and you can create multiple workspaces as needed. When you use this feature wisely, it will seriously enhance your web browser productivity and keep your tabs from getting out of control in ways that no tab management solution does. what else can do.
