One-way puppy turns his favorite stuffed animal into a matching Mini-Me

When an employee at SPCA North Carolina came to check on newcomer Bruno and saw what he had done with her favorite stuffed toy, she was shocked. So she immediately pulled out her phone and took a few pictures to show the other staff. Everyone thought what he did was so adorable.

Then, when they shared them on their Facebook page, Bruno went from being unwanted to being flooded with applications for the boy’s adoption.

Bruno is a one-eared Pitbull from North Carolina who was treated very badly. His first family chained him outside and forced him to endure all sorts of terrible things. This forces him to face all the elements, including cold winters and scorching summers.

Plus, because he was permanently chained, he couldn’t escape a vicious attack that left one of his ears ripped.

That’s why what he did to his stuffed friend is such a big deal. Bruno ripped off his stuffed dog’s ear during a violent play session—it was the same ear that Bruno lost in the attack.

The staff thought this was heartwarming, they just shared the photos on their Facebook page. Then, when they did, the photos almost instantly went viral! And why wouldn’t they? Not only is Bruno known to be a very sweet person, but this pair of puppies is also incredibly adorable.

“You would never know he had such a rough start in life. Despite his pouty eyes, he’s a very cheerful and adorable guy, and his tail never stops wagging! He is well behaved, cuddly and very intelligent. Despite being attacked, he still likes other dogs, and he loves everyone he meets. He has a kind heart and a generous soul,” said the SPCA employee.

The photos have been shared more than 52,000 times and received 30,000 likes. Thanks to the sweet set of photos, Bruno has gone from extremely unwanted to completely overwhelmed with adoption applications. Now he will live the rest of his life with absolute affection and affection.

Bruno found his forever family just days after the photos were posted. Unfortunately, Bruno won’t be able to go home right away because he has heartworm disease. But since this sweet soul has earned so many admirers from the pictures, the SPCA could easily have provided Bruno with the treatment that saved his life.
