In NieR: Automata 5th anniversary broadcastSquare Enix announced a NieR: Automata Collaboration events will appear in The Fall of Babylon. Players will explore the Machine Village and the Playground Park are from NieR: Automata through events. The trailer for the partnership event also revealed what appear to be cosmetic items inspired by 2B, 9S, and A2. In addition, several unique enemy variations inspired by NieR: Automata is shown.
However, while the event has been announced, Square Enix has yet to share a timeframe on when it might appear. That said, it appears in The Fall of Babylon Season 1 trailer. So players can expect to see it appear in Season 1.

On February 25, 2022, a The Fall of Babylon test will be available for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. Additionally, data from the demo will be carried over to the full release of the game. The demo will include the introductory level of the game. In the past, Square Enix has hosted many closed beta test for games.
The Fall of Babylon will release for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC on March 3, 2022. People Pre-order Digital Deluxe version will get early access to the game on February 28, 2022.
