Nicole Linton officially charged with 6 counts of murder & 5 counts of vehicular homicide

Nicole Linton, the woman responsible for Thursday’s fiery crash in Los Angeles, was formally charged by authorities Monday.

The travel nurse was charged with six counts of murder and five counts of vehicular manslaughter. She faces 90 years in prison if convicted.

The 37-year-old is being held at the Century Regional Detention Center in Lynwood, California with a $9 million settlement. It’s also unclear if she has a lawyer.

No alcohol found in Nicole’s system

George Gascón said that Nicole There is no alcohol in her system even though a woman who claims to be her friend says she is drinking at someone’s house and is very angry with her boyfriend.

“I know that some of you spoke to a woman who allegedly drank together. CHP is working to identify this person, but we have no further information,” Gasón said.

Gascón also claimed there was no evidence that she was drinking while driving, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Nicole’s Shipwreck History

The Los Angeles Times also reported that Nicole had a pattern of going into the wreck. She’s had 13 previous crashes, the California Highway Patrol shared.

When asked about what caused the accident, the district attorney expressed that he “won’t go into details.”
