“Last year, our team achieved many successes while facing high level of competition and challenges. One of the standout highlights, however, was the expansion of our partnership with Monster Energy Company at the Catalan GP, which Fabio won. At that time, we are not only pleased to express our gratitude for Monster Energy’s continued support and their belief in our team, but we are also excited to look to the future. to explore new opportunities to strengthen the relationship between Yamaha and Monster Energy. This year we are entering our eleventh year with Monster Energy as our sponsor and our fifth season with them as our main sponsor. The event deserves a fresh paint job and a fresh start in line with our military-like focus as we battle for the 2023 MotoGP title.
“As part of a strong global alliance between Yamaha and Monster Energy, the new look will also be adopted by the Yamaha factory teams in MX and Supercross, demonstrating our unity. We would also like to thank our official sponsors, partners and suppliers, many of whom have had longstanding partnerships with us. Competing at the top motorcycle race has never been tougher next year, and thanks to the commitment and enthusiasm of our sponsors, we can focus on bringing the trophy home once again. . The full race schedule and additional sprints mean we need to stay focused, adaptive and efficient from the very start of the MotoGP 2023 test..”

“My winter break didn’t go quite as planned because I injured my hand during motorcycle training. But I continued to work non-stop. I did a lot of cardio to ensure 100% fitness for the 2023 season.
“My hand injury is now fully recovered, so I feel ready to fight for the title again. We have a new camouflage paint color, which is a nice change. I like the new look, and it’s good to change it up a bit.
“But more importantly, I’m looking forward to starting riding again. I am very curious to test drive the YZR-M1 2023 in Sepang. We will work hard this season, as we always do.
“We learned a lot in 2022 and now I just want to fight for the title again. My fans have been very supportive, sending me lots of messages throughout the winter. I’m excited to see them again on the track this season. We will have some fun!”
Franco Morbidelli
“Today we are making a fresh start, with a new look. Everything has gone to zero and anything is possible this season, so it’s an exciting prospect.
“We ended 2022 with an improved feeling. Now it’s important for us to do well in the upcoming winter tests, so we’ll be ready to start the season in March with our first race in Portugal.
“There is a new racing format, which will take some getting used to by drivers and teams, but I see it as a positive change because it is something the fans will enjoy.
“I want to thank the Indonesian fans who we saw at the dealer meeting today for their support. Their enthusiasm has fueled us and I can’t wait to start the 2023 season in the best way possible.“
