Nate Robinson talks NBA dunk win, Kobe Bryant takes 61 at MSG and more on #NBAHooperVision
On Monday night (February 7), duo Quentin Richardson and Jamal Crawford got together for another NBA HooperVision live stream on the NBA League Pass.
Providing their insights into the Knicks-Jazz game from Salt Lake City, the duo welcomed their former Knicks teammate Nate Robinson as guests.
The 11-year NBA veteran, who was teammates with Richardson and Crawford from 2005 to 2008, last played in the league in 2016.

One of Robinson’s greatest achievements in the NBA was his three-time victory at the NBA All-Star Slam Dunk Competition.

His three wins (2006, 09, 10) are the most in NBA history and at 5 foot-9, he’s the second-shortest to ever win it.
Robinson said of the legendary 5-foot-7 Slam Dunk contest winner: “I’ve been a fan of Spud Webb since growing up.
“My father used to point out the highlights about him, being a little guy among the trees.”

As teammates, Robinson and Richardson witnessed one of the greatest home games of the Knicks – Madison Square Garden – during the 2008-09 season (Jamal Crawford had just been transferred to the Warriors a few months ago. there).
“When I was on the bench, I was like ‘this is the best seat in the house’ to sit here and watch this massacre,” Robinson recalled as he sat on the court while Kobe Bryant scored 61 points – when it was MSG’s scoring record.

Currently at the age of 37, Robinson has not officially retired from the NBA.
During his 11 years in the league, he has represented eight brands – the New York Knicks, Boston Celtics, Oklahoma City Thunder, Golden State Warriors, Chicago Bulls, Denver Nuggets, Oklahoma City Thunder and New Orleans Pelicans.
However, the former Knicks keeper has found a lot of happiness in his role as a father watching his kids play the sport he loves.
