Maurice Lacroix adds a bronze-cased watch to its best-selling Aikon collection with the new Aikon Automatic bronze watch.

Paired with a new brown fumé gradient dial, this watch comes nearly six years after the previous bronze automatic Aikon, which featured a dark blue textured dial with Arabic numerals.
This latest model, released by Maurice Lacroix in a limited edition of 888 pieces, features a bronze tone combined with a more luxurious “smoked chocolate” dial.
The elegant Clous de Paris motif features a brown tone that gradually darkens towards the edges. The thin gold hour markers and gold hands add a more elegant tone to the watch.
Maurice Lacroix adds a few details to the 42mm case that add to the luxury, including a polished bronze finish and sandblasted ‘riders’ on the bezel, which add depth to the moderately sized 11mm thick case.
Maurice Lacroix fits the new Aikon Automatic Watch with a Sellita automatic movement, manufactured to Maurice Lacroix’s specifications to create the Automatic ML135 caliber. These newer specifications include rhodium-plated components with a spiral-brushed finish and perlage. The rotor is visible through the open case back and is fitted with the Maurice Lacroix logo.
Finally, Maurice Lacroix attaches the watch to an integrated classic brown leather strap decorated with the brand’s M logo in 4N gold. The EasyStrap system allows the wearer to change the strap without the need for special tools.
