Mishriff recovered well from a minor injury reported earlier this month and went on to assume his first season-coordinating duties in mid-March at Sumbe’s Haras de Montfort et Preaux in Normandy, France.

Sumbe reports that the vast majority of breeders planning to use Mishriff are happy to await his recovery.
“Most people have kept their faith and we are not worried about that score,” Le Forestier said.
Among the mares dating Mishriff was the double winner group 3 oscula whom the owner of 6-year-old dog Prince Faisal bought at Tattersalls in December for 1,000,000gns ($1,054,085) and is now available in Normandy.
