It has been decided many times: Summer 2022 is the summer of short skirts. However, I wouldn’t call it a return. Short skirt never really “out”, but they are not always trend or. This season, it’s 100% like that. And one thing to note is that they are also shorter than usual. In some cases they are very short, but any length you are comfortable with will do.
The blessing and curse of something going mainstream is that you can end up being bombarded with tons of versions of that trend to choose from. As such, I have seen a large number cool mini skirt the later, and I, unfortunately, cannot buy them all. So, as one usually does when they’re a fashion editor who loves miniskirts, I’ve narrowed them down. It’s not easy, but it’s fun.
