Mini Aceman electric concept, GM EV supply chain, Faraday Future sponsorship: Car News Today

Mini teases the future of its electric design. GM emphasized that it is really ready to scale up production of electric vehicles. And Faraday Future is facing a new challenge. This and more, here Green Car Report.

As it turns out, Faraday Future’s trajectory is one of persistence. And now It has indicated in a new filing that, after all, it will need more funding to produce its luxury electric car FF91 but this year.

GM announced several major US electric vehicle supply chain deals yesterday that will provide enough raw materials to supply 1 million EVs annually for North America by 2025. That includes an agreement for cathode-active materials through 2030 and covers about 5 million EVs.

The Mini Concept Aceman revealed the all-electric “modern interpretation of a crossover” and ushered in a new design era for the BMW brand — always retaining a detailed profile and flat surfaces on the outside, and a Minimalist look inside does not dominate the cabin with screens. However, there’s still no hint as to where the Mini will go with its electric powertrain.
